He is the founder of Every one Must work and has an extensive knowledge in the mental health field. He has fifty years in martial arts training and studied various systems of fighting. He’s currently writing his book on Ogundaryu system and the human condition.

Our CEO
Mr. Jahid Shabazz is the product of two successful Social Workers who served the community over 30 years. Mr Shabazz is not only our CEO but one of our State Certified Instructors here at Everyone Must Work Inc. Jahid’s empathetic nature and attention to details shows in his work as a result of the skills he acquired through Everyone Must Work Inc.

Born and raised in Harlem, Kenneth Shaw Jr. has devoted himself to servicing the community from which he has grown. Over 15 years of social work and mentoring experience has given Mr. Shaw the benefits only hands on work can provide. Mr. Shaw follows the motto “When you do what you love, it isn’t work!

Malik Williamson is our 18 year old leader whom was one of the first children to come to our organization as a 2 year old. He has successfully leveraged the tools we instill in our youth. Mr Williamson graduated from high school at the age of 15 and currently pursuing a career in the medical field. Malik is also one of our top Martial Arts instructors we have on staff here at Every One Must Work Inc.
